Copyright of all documents, designs, creative suggestions and solutions and development tools, produced for or acquired for on behalf of the customer as a result of and / or during the project will remain copyright Carrick Web Design until such time a final payment for the project is received. At this time, full copyright will pass to the customer. Any source material supplied to Carrick Web Design by customers is assumed to be copyright cleared or the copyright owned by the customer.

Payment
Payment will always be made in compliance with the arrangements laid out in the payment schedule, which will be provided by “Carrick Web Design” in its documents. Failure to meet the payment arrangements may result in temporary cessation of the work on the project with the possible resulting delay in its completion or delivery.
Cancellation
Should the contract be cancelled by the customer at any stage, “Carrick Web Design” reserves the right, regardless of the reason for the cancellation to bill the value of the project that has already been completed up to the date of the written cancellation received by “Carrick Web Design”.
